Cut and Paste (again)

My "Cut and Paste" has lost it's memory! It will just not hold the information. It's driving me nuts.

I've done a virus scan and a spyware, but nothing has showed up. I've tried the settings, but everything appears okay. I'm at a loss.
Can anyone help?

I haven't had a problem like this for a very long time but if memory serves me right, the last time it happened to me, all my buffers were full.

There is an article on my website that you can download that talks you through clearing all your buffers, you cab download it from here http://www.omega-cottage.co.uk/buffers.doc

If this doesn't do the trick, PM me and I will have another think
